Meet the Staff
Academic Program Development includes the Office of Catalog & Curriculum Management, Registrar’s Office, and Center for the True Blue Core. Leadership for each of the offices is listed below, as well as the responsible Vice Provost and her administrative support.

Responsibilities: Academic program development, approval, and management; academic policy development and implementation; curricular initiatives; True Blue Core; academic records, registration, and commencement; center approvals; transfer and articulation; Academic Common Market; Tennessee Transfer Pathways; academic liaison with the Tennessee Higher Education Commission and the Tennessee Board of Regents.
Dr. Aldridge has direct administrative obligations for the following university committees: Undergraduate Admissions & Standards; Undergraduate Curriculum Committee; and True Blue Core.

Responsibilities: Oversees the annual publication of undergraduate and graduate catalogs; facilitates and manages large campus-wide projects with the goal of improving efficiencies of the catalog and curriculum processes; serves as system administrator for relevant software; and regularly communicates with campus stakeholders about the catalog and curriculum process, goals, and initiatives.
IIn addition to providing leadership to the director-catalog and curriculum management, Ms. Brandon serves as an ex-officio member of the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee, the Graduate Council, Academic Scheduling Committee, and the Admissions and Standards Committee.

Student Services & Admissions Center
Responsibilities: Oversees the areas of records, registration, scheduling, degree audits, graduation, and NCAA certification. As Registrar serves as the contact point for FERPA related questions and issues. His office provides the official university transcripts for all students and awards all diplomas, certificates, and digital badges.
Dr. Henson has direct administrative obligations for the following university committees: Academic Appeals, Academic Scheduling, and Athletic Compliance.

Responsibilities: Administers the True Blue Core curriculum and the day-to day operations of the Center for the True Blue Core, including, among other duties: supporting the True Blue Core Committee in their work of curriculum review, approval, and course recertification; overseeing a robust plan of assessment that fosters assessment as reflective practice and allows the Core to grow, to improve continuously, and to change over time as the needs of students change; administering Core awards and microgrants for students and faculty; and coordinating and administering any add-on components to the program such as Blueprints and Study Abroad in the Core to facilitate collaboration among faculty and across the university.
